What countries do you ship to?
We're proud to say we ship worldwide! You can find shipping costs for each country here
How long till my order gets processed?
Please allow us 3-7 business days to process your order as our jewlery is handmade (made-to-order) and can sometimes take a little time.
Can I change the shipping address?
Shipping addresses can be changed after the purchase if the order has not been sent yet. Please email at email@example.com with the subject: "Address Change", (don't forget your Order Number + Name).
How do I track my package?
You can request a tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject: "Tracking Request".
(Please allow us 1-2 business days to respond.)
Am I able to cancel my order?
No, I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
All sales are final!
Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment.
- avoid contact with cosmetics and perfume
- avoid contact with saltwater and chlorine
- take off the jewelry before showering
Please note that your purchases may be subject to import taxes and duties.
